Jennifer is well known as one of the “pioneers” of the loft development and conversion scene in Lower Downtown Denver (LoDo). As director of sales and marketing for the Neusteters loft project, she pre-sold 63 units. She used her experience with this challenging project to prepare herself to take on sales at the Edbrooke and Acme lofts. Through her company, Clinkscales Group, Inc., Jennifer took the lead on Rocky Mountain Lofts and the Brooks Tower conversion where her team closed 70% of the sales in six months. Jennifer believes strongly in a team approach, something she learned as a track star in high school. According to Don May, director of the Adams County housing Authority, she is a “professional of the highest caliber.” . She is also past president of the Mile High chapter of the Air Force Association (AFA.org) and once rode a bus filled with 4-star generals.
