Reunion is a Master-Planned community, which was established in 2002 by Shea Homes. Reunion attracted several prominent builders such as Oakwood, KB Home, and Richmond as well as a handful of custom home builders. Its 2,500-acres are located near 104th Avenue on the south border and E-470 to the east with Chambers road on its western border.

Reunion is in the 27-J School District. Landmark Academy at Reunion is a charter public school. It offers a high-quality elementary school education with a special focus on individual values and responsibility.
There are 170 acres of open space and a 52 acre park which includes multi-use athletic fields, playgrounds, picnic facilities, 8-acres of lakes!, a lawn area for movies, fireworks or similar events.
